Concierge Therapy Services

Concierge therapy is a service which offers discrete counseling at your convenience. This service is designed for individuals whose current situation, status, lifestyle, or employment does not allow them to seek out traditional therapy services openly.

I travel to your home/office up to 40-mile radius from AT&T Stadium (1 AT&T Way Arlington, TX. 76011).

Direct Access

You will never have to deal with a receptionist or answering service. I will personally answer all your calls and emails 7 days a week 8am-7pm. If I’m unavailable at the time of your call, simply leave a voice message and I will return your call within a few hours.

Convenience

You will never waste precious time in a waiting room, traffic or feel frustrated due to lack of parking. I provide mobile therapy services (in-home/at your office or in my office in NRH) within DFW- 40 miles radius from AT&T Stadium.

Benefits

Concierge therapy is an exclusive service that is only offered to a limited number of clients. You cannot use Out-Of-Network (OON) benefits to guarantee maximum control of your records and privacy as allowed by HIPAA law. This keeps my therapy service 100% private and confidential.

60 minute sessions.
Aside from my traditional Tuesday-TFriday schedule, you will get extended weekday hours.
Additional appointment slots Tuesday- Friday via telehealth only 8am; 5pm; 6pm & 7pm.
Additional appointments available on Mondays 10am-6pm.
Appointments can be scheduled within 24 hours.
Weekend availability Saturdays & Sundays 9am-7pm (additional fee applies).

Pricing per session

Individual Concierge Session (mobile/telehealth)- $425
Couple or Family Concierge Session (mobile/telehealth)- $475
Weekend Sessions (mobile/telehealth)- additional $50 per session

Pre-paid Monthly Plan

Receive a 10% discount with a monthly pre-paid plan. You may use your monthly hours however you see fit Monday-Friday. Weekend appointments will incur additional cost of $50 per session. Additionally, you may use a portion of your hours for collaborative care for no additional fee. Here is an example of our discount for pre-paid individual mobile/telehealth sessions

Up to 4 hours per month- $1,530
Up to 8 hours per month- $3,060
Up to 12 hours per month $4,590

Collaborative Care

Unlike therapists with large caseloads, I have the time and experience to collaborate with other providers. Per your request, I can lead interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care on your behalf or attend consultations with your other providers. This will give you peace of mind that your team is working towards your goals and well-being.

Payment

I use Ivy Pay which is safe, secure, and user friendly. I require a credit card on file although additional payment methods are available such as cash, CASHAPP, Venmo, Zelle, personal checks, and money orders. If you choose to use your credit card on file, it will be billed automatically 24 hours prior to each session to secure your spot. If you choose to pay by any other payment method mentioned above, you must submit a pre-payment during each visit. A receipt will be provided and your credit card on file will NOT be billed. If choosing a prepaid plan, at least 1 month must be pre-paid using any payment method mentioned above.
