This consultation is offered online or over the phone to briefly discuss counseling expectations and determine if we are a good fit to begin a therapeutic relationship. Counseling will not be offered during this consultation.

Couples Session
Couples sessions are 50 minutes. These sessions are for the client and their romantic partner in-person or via a secured and HIPPA compliant video platform.
Cost: $200 (without insurance)
Individual Session
Individual sessions are 50 minutes. They are offered in-person or via a secured and HIPPA compliant video platform. We can meet using your phone, tablet or computer from anywhere in Texas and Florida. It allows you to have sessions during you lunch break at work, at home while you baby is napping or even when you don't feel well enough to leave the home.
Cost: $150 (without insurance)
Walk & Talk/Nature Session
"Walk & Talk/Nature" sessions are weather permitting and are 50 minutes. These are face-to-face individual sessions offered only to out-of-pocket clients. We would meet at a local park in North Fort Worth. This approach allows you to work on your mental and physical health.

Cost: $150 (without insurance)
Family Session
Family sessions are 50 minutes if using your insurance; 60 minutes if paying out-of-pocket. These sessions are limited to parents and their children in-person or via a secured and HIPPA compliant video platform.

Cost: $225 (with out insurance)
Please note that I do not provide Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters due to liability. Please consult your Primary Care Provider (PCP) for those.
