Psychotherapy, also known as counseling, therapy or talk-therapy, is a general term that is used to describe the process that helps treat mental illness. This process consists of various treatment techniques that help change emotions, thoughts and behaviors. Counseling or therapy, helps you become resilient, find inner-strength, improve your sense of self to help you take on the challenges of every day life.

Why Telehealth Counseling?

Although the concept of telehealth became very popular in 2020, it remains the preferred method due to its convenience. As a counselor, I can offer my services throughout the states of Texas and Florida, not be limited to just my area (DFW in Texas). YOU, the client, can connect from anywhere in the state using your computer, cell phone or tablet.
