Wednesdays- 10am-6pm (Telehealth only)
Thursdays- 9am-12pm (In-person by appointment only @ NRH) and 2pm-5pm (Telehealth only)
Fridays- 11am-3pm (In-person by appointment only @ NRH)

My office location is by appointment only at 4925 Davis Blvd. North Richland Hills, TX 76180. Please note that the office is located on the 2nd floor and the building does not have an elevator.
