Insurance billing is handled by Alma & Headway. These are third-party billing agencies who will confirm your coverage and your co-pay.

Tricare-TriWest

I am a Tricare-TriWest (Select) certified out-of-network provider (OON). This means that Tricare-TriWest has fully vetted me; therefore, I'm an approved provider for "Select" plans only. Please note that you will have a co-pay of $25-$40 per session. Copay is based on your plan's coverage. Copay takes effect after your yearly deductible has been met. Humana/Tricare determines your deductible and copay.

Office location

My office location is by appointment only at 4925 Davis Blvd. North Richland Hills, TX 76180. Please note that the office is located on the 2nd floor and the building does not have an elevator.
